  • April: Nairobi 1st and 2nd Edition

In April 2024, we trained 32 children between the ages of 7 and 17. The children were drawn from 10 sub-counties in Nairobi. The training was held from the 15th to 19th of April 2024 at Highview Phase One, Nairobi.

The Sauti Zetu Digital Literacy Training is an inclusive training that enables all children’s voices to be heard including children living with disabilities. This April, it was special because, for the first time, we trained four children with hearing impairment who were from The Gifted Community Centre in Kibra. This was a new and wonderful experience for the facilitators, supporters of the program, and above all, all the child participants available.
