Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha will today, Monday May, 10, release the 2020 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations results at Mitihani House.

The KCSE exams were administered from March 26, 2021 to April 21 2021, with the marking starting immediately.

Some 752,891 candidates registered for the KCSE exam, but thousands of them missed the tests.

Prof Magoha on Friday last week said that the Kenya National Examinations Council (Knec) only needed a couple of days to process the papers received from the markers.

Magoha also revealed that the examination was marked in 35 centers within the larger Nairobi metropolitan. On the day that examinations were completed, the tough-talking CS also assured learners they would get their results by May 1.

This Comes even as Schools across the Country reopen Today for the third term of the 2020 calendar.

The learners have been home since mid-March when they concluded their term two. The current term will run for ten weeks until July 16, 2021. They will take a 10-day break and resume learning for the 2021 academic calendar’s first term from July 26.
